The Devil Is a part timer is a short, underrated, but much loved anime series. The story depicts Satan or Sadao Maou as known on earth as he adapts to his new life as a human on our planet. The animation style make the characters have a defined and distinct look, Sadao looks a bit dorky but has his own charm, Ashyia is a blond long haired good looking male housewife. Chi is an adorable human 16 year old, Emi is an attractive quick witted hero, also operating as Sadao’s nemesis when they are not running for their life, while Urushihara is an emo looking, teenage angsty computer geek.

The series takes place in a modern day japan and in Ente Isla the planet where from Maou comes from. In action full, hilarious adventures the gang takes on different dangers as well as learning to adapt to their new life. In the first few episodes It’s mostly Sadao, Ashyia and Chi that share the screen time but as life goes on new problems and new characters start to show up, as an example, in the midsts of Chi and Emi’s face off for our favourite devil’s love Lucifer (Urushihara) is presented he starts by destroying the metro and almost killing thousands of people then tries to move to killing Satan whom the proceeds to kick his butt and punish the rogue general (Yes Lucifer was his General...). Afterwards, let say a few days later Uru is living in the man loft along with the other guys as if nothing had happened. Then more stuff happens and more people get shown but I shouldn't spoil anything else or the fangirl act might come in action. Even if the ending to the series was a bit disappointing I give this anime a thumbs up and recommend you all watch it.
